Strategic Objectives

  1. 1. Education
    • Increase access to quality education for all children in Namwendwa village by establishing or supporting pre-schools and primary schools.
    • Provide scholarships and financial assistance to children from low-income families to ensure they can continue their education.
    • Enhance the quality of education by providing teacher training and development, improving infrastructure, and providing access to learning resources.
  2. 2. Food and Nutrition
    • Implement school feeding programs to ensure children receive nutritious meals at school, improving their health and learning outcomes.
    • Educate families on proper nutrition and food security practices to promote healthy eating habits and reduce malnutrition.
    • Support local agriculture and food production initiatives to increase access to affordable and nutritious food for the community.
  3. 3. Shelter
    • Identify and provide safe and adequate shelter for children living in vulnerable conditions, such as orphans, and those from displaced families.
    • Collaborate with local partners to construct or renovate homes for children in need.
    • Educate families on proper housing and sanitation practices to improve living conditions and reduce health risks.
  4. 4. Healthcare
    • Establish or support community health clinics to provide access to essential healthcare services for children, including preventive care, treatment for common illnesses, and immunization programs.
    • Educate families on healthcare practices, hygiene, and disease prevention.
    • Support initiatives to address specific health concerns prevalent in the community, such as malaria, HIV/AIDS, and malnutrition.

    • Implement life skills training programs for children and adolescents, focusing on topics such as self-esteem, decision-making, conflict resolution, and vocational training.
    • Encourage and support Children's participation in extracurricular activities, sports, and cultural events to promote holistic development.
